GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract between Todari d.o.o. (Follow us travel) (hereinafter: the Organizer) and the Traveller applying for a travel arrangement.

If a specific travel program contains provisions different from these Terms, the provisions stated in the program shall prevail.

The Organizer may act either as a tour operator or as an intermediary. In cases where it acts as an intermediary, it is not responsible for the execution of the travel arrangement but only for its sale, and such arrangements will be clearly indicated.

 

2. CONTENT OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The Organizer guarantees the execution of the travel program as described.

The program may only be modified due to extraordinary circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or eliminated (e.g. war, unrest, strikes, natural disasters, decisions of authorities, etc.).

 

3. PRICES

Prices are expressed in the applicable currency and are valid from the date of publication.

The Organizer reserves the right to change prices in case of:

  • changes in transport or accommodation costs

  • exchange rate fluctuations

Price increases up to 10% do not require the Traveller’s consent.
If the increase exceeds 10%, the Traveller has the right to cancel the contract without penalty.

 

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A booking becomes valid upon payment of a deposit (typically 30% of the total price).

The contract becomes binding when:

  • signed by both parties, or

  • confirmed by payment or electronic communication

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.

 

5. CATEGORIZATION AND SERVICES

Accommodation facilities are categorized according to the official standards of the country of destination.

The Organizer is not responsible for differences in standards between countries or for information not stated in the official program.

 

6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • modify the program due to extraordinary circumstances

  • replace accommodation with one of the same or higher category

  • cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not reached

In case of cancellation, the Traveller is entitled to a full refund of payments made.

 

7. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELLER

The Traveller may cancel the trip in writing.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • up to 45 days before departure: 20%

  • 44–22 days: 40%

  • 21–15 days: 60%

  • 14–8 days: 80%

  • 7–0 days: 100%

Travel insurance covering cancellation is strongly recommended.

 

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment methods are specified in each travel program.

The full amount must be paid prior to departure.

 

9. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer undertakes to:

  • provide contracted services

  • select reliable service providers

  • protect the rights and interests of the Traveller

The Organizer is not liable for force majeure or delays caused by transport providers.

 

10. OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAVELLER

The Traveller is obliged to:

  • possess valid travel documents

  • comply with regulations of the destination country

  • respect house rules and instructions

The Traveller is responsible for any damage caused.

 

11. BAGGAGE

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • lost or damaged baggage

  • theft of personal belongings

Additional insurance is recommended.

 

12. ACCOMMODATION

Unless otherwise agreed, standard accommodation units will be provided.

Check-in: after 14:00 (apartments after 16:00)
Check-out: until 10:00

 

13. INSURANCE AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

Travellers are advised to arrange:

  • health insurance

  • accident insurance

  • baggage insurance

Certain destinations may require vaccinations.

 

14. INSOLVENCY PROTECTION

The Organizer has insolvency insurance in place.

In case of insolvency, the Traveller must contact the insurance company and provide proof of payment.

 

15. LIABILITY INSURANCE

The Organizer has liability insurance in accordance with applicable laws.

 

16. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Todari d.o.o. (Follow us travel) processes personal data solely for the purpose of organizing travel services, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Travellers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.

 

17. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

The Traveller has the right to submit a written complaint:

  • immediately during the trip, or

  • within 8 days after the trip

The Organizer will respond within 14 days.

 

18. JURISDICTION

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court according to the seat of Todari d.o.o. (Follow us travel).
